Rey is an accomplished A/E/C industry executive with more than 27 years of experience in multiple sectors, including hospitality, commercial, aviation, federal, healthcare, surface transportation and higher education. Being an effective
communicator, he is adept at quickly understanding client needs and coordinating abilities among teams to deliver projects on-time, on budget and with profitable results at both the project and organization levels. Rey has also served as
owners/resident project representative and technical advocate for new building and renovation projects using various project delivery methods inclusive of design bid- build, design-build, and CMAR.
