Indefinite Delivery Of Retro‐CX and Infrastructure Condition Assessments

DFW Airport

Program Description: MPO Solutions is the Prime JV partner for MPO Matador JV LLC. The JV is currently performing services under 8500397 Indefinite Delivery of Retro‐CX and Infrastructure Condition Assessments though for DFW Energy Transportation and Asset Management Department (ETAM). The firm is currently providing retro-commissioning and infrastructure asset condition assessments on various facilities to modernize the airport’s asset portfolio over a five-year period. 

MPO Matador JV provides overall program oversight and management of various facilities and civil related assessments. Services have been conducted on a task/delivery order IDIQ basis to include multi-discipline facility and infrastructure condition assessments, cost estimation, and projected life cycle costs for various airport installations.  

Projects are scheduled on a multi-phased approach and assessment teams are assigned to collect field information in preparation of reports that would include short- and long-term recommendations along with probable opinions of cost. Notable Civil and Infrastructure completed projects under this contract include:
